Resurrection (2019), Found wooden pieces, perspex, light box.

Inspired by three rotten, discarded pieces of wood found on the street, this work comments on urban gentrification and the continued desire to replace old with new, querying whether something better is created. New perspex pieces were laser cut in shapes reflecting and speaking to the original wooden pieces.
